Timings show you the time each plugin uses for it's calculations. The often more resource intensive vanilla stuff is excluded in the timings. It uses the PlayerMoveEvent, which take up over 470 seconds alone. In that case it would matter how long the server did run, what CPU you have and if it actually lags.
