Is there any site or something that can generate pictures like this: http://minotar.net but with full models like this one: http://earthiverse.ath.cx/#minecraft_skin Would really love to show full player pictures on top rankings and stuff.
Well... this is kind of a longshot, but if you have Dynmap installed, it will put full body icons in one of the folders (tiles/faces/body). They may be a bit small (32x32), depending on what you need, but they will be auto-generated for you
Well if that otherwise looks like it might work for you, I would suggest you head on over to the Dynamp thread and ask Mike Primm for an option to increase the size of the body icon. I find him to be one of the most responsive and helpful devs on this forum, and he frequently adds things that people request. There may even be a way to already do it. I think your other options here are going to be limited, so you might as well chase this one out (if you really want it) Good luck.
