   I want to track players health on my server, is there an onHealthChange() or am I forced to run a thread and poll active players every X seconds?
   
   I dug through the API and couldn't find anything.

   There's a EntityRegainHealthEvent. For players loosing health you would need to check the EntityDamageEvent.
