   Is there any plugin that would allow me to stop storms from occuring (still allowing rain and snow), but to still allow lightning to occur from other sources (plugins)

   to disable it, I can't call lightning down with other plugins.

   It does too many other things for me to consider, so unless I can just install that part, I'd need another option.

   It does too many things and interferes with the plugins I do use, plus it's big, and the server I'm using is not powerful. Something small is what I need.
