Is there a plugin that allows the breaking of specific blocks?

    I only want players to be able to break logs and leaves. Is there a plugin that can do this?

    Essentials should be able to (it might use essentials anti-build)
    Just give them the permissions 'essentials.build.break.17', 'essentials.build.break.18' and finally to stop them from breaking anything else '-essentials.build.break'

    Flamedek negation should be -essentials.build.break.*
