Is there a plugin that allows me to have protected areas in protected areas?

    Hey! I'm looking for a plugin that will allow me to have protected areas for players to buy within a protected town. Any suggestions?

    It is very simple to put a zone inside another zone. /region (name) setpriority (number)
    The higher the number the higher priority that zone gets.
