   I can't find a plugin that can change the default mechanics of minecraft, like stacking ender's eyes or controlling villagers' repair chance. Is there such a plugin (not taking into account the Villager Overhaul, since it does not seem to provide such an opportunity.) and is it possible to make such a plugin or is it the core of the server?
