I doubt it's something to do with ads because I don't get it on forum listings nor the homepage. It only tries to use flash when I'm on a thread or posting one.

It's horrible. I think it's the ads, mainly the one in the Curse footer. Some are so bad they lock-up my entire browser. Bad enough to make me leave the site.

@Bobcat00 #AdBlockFTW But it can't be the ads, because it is only being used (according to the OP) when on/posting a thread.

The ad in the Curse footer absolutely causes problems for me.

@Bobcat00 But it doesn't have anything to do with the OP's problem. Also, was this directed at me? Please tag/quote me otherwise I may not see your post... You should know that :p

    Have you tried AdBlock?

Flash needs to just die out. HTML5 is way lighter.

I didn't know it was available for IE. Installed it, but I'm still getting ads on this site.

EDIT: Seems to be working now.

Flash is being used simply, by being flashy really. People make forums with wordpress and stuff, but as of what i heard, making forums with flash, is a ton easier.

Ah, that explains it. At first, I thought flash was being used as a secondary storage source for sessions on the client-side or something :p But yeah, thanks.
