   i dont wanna use EssentialsChat anymore so i wanna implement a "EssentialsChat" into my SystemPlugin
   
   my question is there a GroupManager API to get the Groups or is there a other way to get the Groups
   i know how to setup the things i just want to know how to get the Group Prefixes
