is there a block protection thats automatic?

hi guys, well im wondering, i havent looked into this, is there a addon that i can, add to my server, and anyblocks that anybody adds will be protected, so somebody cannot grief them unless its a admin??, last one i used which was like last year with HeyO mod, you had to select one point to another point ant stuff, was really annoying, hated it......

yeah i know of that page, was looking, and they seem to either do more then that, or seem a bit complicated, and you have to designate stuff and this and that

i want something that everyblock you place is protected, and only you or admin can remove it unless you give a friend permission to touch your stuff..... so if your linking me to there then perhaps you can link me the plugin then..... unless you dont know and you linked me that because you didnt think i was looking in there....
