Is it possible?

Hi, i have been setting up cool minigames on my server, i use a great plugin called "CommandSigns" i use the plugin to setup scripts using world edit and world guard to create cool server events. The one thing that has bugged me for a long time is being able to run world edit commands through a virtual player, so i could start the script and log off. Is this possible to do this? i have been searching for literally months for a way or alternative to change blocks on script.
