Is it possible...?

    Is it possible to change lets say, all the stone in the map into dirt? I have searched and i haven't found out how and i would like a bit of help :D

    Oh, and is it possible to make it that there is only 1 weather 24/7? Like, make it rain 24/7 ?

    On ChunkLoadEvent iterate through all the blocks in the chunk and if they're X type change them to Y type.

    I think there's a weather event, you can probably set it cancelled or something.

    Okay, oh and, 1 last question, is it possible to keep something in the chat? Basicly it doesn't flow upwards.

    You can save the message and recognize it on chatEvent and just keep adding it.

    Servers like MCHGand MCCTF do this

    No, that is not possible by any means, at least, the no-movement part.
