Is It Possible To Only Give Default Players Build Privileges in certain worlds?

Hi I Run A Bukkit Server With Multiverse And I was wondering If I could only allow my default rank build privileges Inn two of my three worlds. To Give you more information, I would Like them to be able to build in Build1 And PVP. I would Not Like Them To have Build Privileges In My Default Spawn World.

Complaining about free tech support? Not a brilliant idea. You are going to need perworld permissions. You are allow going to need a plugin like essentials antibuild or modifyworld. Here is an example pex file. http://pastebin.com/YUStJMMC
