Is it already possible to adjust the exp for smelting and mining ?

hello , i work on a plugins which allows you to adjust exp for placeing / breaking blocks or for Mobs , so my problem is that i find no way to block the exp (only with PlayerExpChangeEvent) but then I cant drop exp Orbs and i think that some people will be sad about this)
So my ask is , is it currently possible with the api to change the exp for Mining and Smelting?

Would be nice if some on could help me

I don't think the API for 1.3 is out yet, just a dev build to play with of craftbukkit+bukkit.

That's a Wiki. The DL link brings me to 1.2.5 R-4.0 of CB, then I go to other builds and they have dev builds with no api

 

When i download the latest dev build i get "bukkit-1.3.1-R0.1-20120803.060205-6" (4,6mb)

https://github.com/Bukkit/CraftBukkit/pull/834 - BlockExpDropEvent is an open pull request, it hasn't been pulled (yet).
