IS CraftBukkit #111 stable?

    I saw that #108 and #109 were broken.
    Is #111 stable?
    What was added? I don't see any notes.

    Just wait it out for another couple hours for build 114 or something by then it will be all worked out ;)

    Rails is acting weird on build 107 or something.

    Still on build 114. Build 114 is working, But Rails is acting VERY weerd. It's placing it always to one side. And sometimes it doesn't turn right again. It's really anoying. Where can I report this?
