Iridium server Manager Unhandled exception

I have installed Craftbukkit Automatic installer.
I am running Windows 7 32-bits as admin. I have 4GB of RAM and a 3,4GhrtZ dualcore processor. That should be good enough. I also installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 and Microsoft VB PowerPack 10. Running Iridium server Manager goes fine until I download the stable version of Bukkit with it. This is the error log I get.

I can click on Continue so the program ignores this error and tries to make the best of this situation or hit Quit. How can I solve this problem?

UPDATE: I have now Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits and 16GB RAM. The processor is the same.
I haven't tried testing yet so I will.
