Ip protection?

Hello is there plugin to protect characters ? because i am using offline mode and anyone can connect to my server and hack with admin account i need simple ip protection

its good plugin but still i need ip protection because

player A is registered and playing on server
player B change nick to A and connect to server
player A god DC and server crashed because plugin isint updated so i really need ip protection plugin like

Player:ip
example

Nieksas:xx.xx.xx

Samkio can u make anything like this i need very simple like 1 text document where i put ip and jar file and plugin wil disconect you if you try login with diffrent ip into server that would be very handy

can anyone make this plugin !!!!
