Internet connection and TPS

    Does TPS depend on internet connection or just server specs.

    TPS depends on server specs, but mostly on your set up. If you are running a modded server and 20 plugins on 512MB of RAM and have unlimited CPU, your server will still lag. TPS also can be brought down by plugins or mods that are not working right, no matter how good of hardware you have.
