[Inactive] [WIP] [Fun] ChestTrap - You opened the wrong chest.

Shouldn't be hard to implement, but I have some bugs to fix first, and I haven't updated this project in a LONG time.

 

Liqiud Nitrogen ( tyzoid, billofbong, and possibly hammale) will be reviving this plugin. Watch here for updates.

 

I thought some more about the ban suggestion, and if this is possible, it should probably log the banning of players...

Perhaps like this:

banlog.txt within the plugin directory:
[ChestTrap] banned player TRGWII for opening a chest at 0,0,0 (<-- coords)

 

Perhaps not so much of a ban, but probably just a kick.

Hi! I love this plugin, may I suggest a new feature?
When the [bad] player tries to open the chest, their inventory is transferred into the chest. That way it's like "Haha! Try to steal my items?! I steal your items!

Have you checked the date? The last release was in May of 2012!

This project is seriously out of date, and I bet if you check your server log, it will show that there is an error on startup.

Sorry that I am a really big noob, but where's my startup log? Is it just in the console on startup or can I find it in my server folder?

 

server.log in your server folder.

Can it be the log directory I accidently deleted some time?

 

It shouldn't be. It should be in the same folder as your craftbukkit.jar.
