Hello i think it would be good if you was out in the air you start to die but if your inside a building a enclosed area you can breath. And with that idea you could add a new item like a vent to it like gets toxic air to clean air that would be good for like a underground base so evrey lives down there a bit like fallout3. And also you could add a colour to the air like a thick green fog. I just thought of these ideas that i think would be great for this plugin and my server

 

the on/off commands don't work.

Hm... this plugin makes me want to have a server in which everyone is a fish. Are you still dealt damage while in water, lava, portalblocks and the like?
