[IMMERSION] Radius Chat ( Local Chat )

Our community is a heavy Roleplay community, and using this pluggin ( http://forum.hey0.net/showthread.php?tid=22&highlight=Local+Chat ) is essential for keeping a roleplay server alive and kicking.

With that said, I would like to request a pluggin that does the same, essentially. The ability to shout is also a nice addition.

Could you tell me what it said in the HeyO post. It was a 404 error

 

don't think bashur has been on lately haha, i also get that 404error
