I Went On dl.bukkit.org and I hit download CraftBukkit 1.6.4 Recommended Build And It Said

You can build a 1.8 version of CraftBukkit by following these instructions:

Older version are no longer available due to a single Bukkit member having a hissy fit.

 

Wesley Wolvereness filed a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown, which is where one of the authors of a project (craftbukkit in this case) decides he doesn't want his code to be in the open source project anymore to defend against conversion of software (i.e. license violations). You now cannot download any of the recent CraftBukkit builds as one of these was claimed against Bukkit.

 

I wonder how many people realize the significance of the "451" error code.
