I'm creating a minigames server on version 1.13.2; and I thought about adding a plugin to it that would make clothes, e.g. an alchemist's apron, after putting it on would give the player who put it on a potion every 10 seconds, or ninja shoes that would make that when the player stands in one place on shift by e.g. 5 seconds it gets the effect of invisibility ... but the problem is that I do not know how to write it ... Of course I know that probably writing such a plugin takes quite a long time and you probably have to pay a lot for it but I'm ready for it Well, unless someone would be able to lead me how to write it yourself ...
