I NEED HELP WITH MINECRAFT SERVER ON VPS :(

please help me i cant create bukkit server on vps

This is in putty when i tipe ~/Serveris/craftbukkit.sh ( i try ant with normal line -Xmx1024 .....
But dosent help my please help my quikly

in the server .properties, put the IP address as the VPS IP address.

 

BUT WHY DO YOU CAPS???
