I Need a Plugin [Combat Related]

Hello i need a plugin that changes the color of the name over your head according to what rank you are on the server Example Green = Admin, Yellow = Owner. But i would like to also have it so that whenever a player is tagged by combatlog thier name changes red Notifign other players that they are marked.

With a plugin called NameTag Edit you will be able to do what you are hoping for but you also need the Plugin Tag-API as that is the API for that to run. Unless you can create your own Nametag edit form the API.
