I need a good pvp plugin

I need a plugin to disable pvp. I found a lot but the problem is this

- I need the users can not kill with "flint and STEL", "lava", "arrows" ... etc
- The plugin can not put in "god" to the user and the mobs should be able to kill the user ... etc

You need the Spout server plugin for Regios.

when i create a region, the region create sucesfully but when i modify this area, the process doesnt run correctly
