Development Assistance i need a code

hello guys, i making a plugin and i need a code, when the player join the server with the permission, a random firework spawn after 1 second, if you can give me that code, thanks

@timtower ok, i ask to my friend, and now i can give us info of the plugin, is simple, is a plugin when a player use /rules, the chat show to the player, rules added in config.yml, and when a player join to server say "<Player> Join to The Server!" and it spawn an random firework, but i dont have this code for that.
I have to do add more things to the plugin, but i really need this code. Thanks.

 

@timtower i try to much, but i never get this work

 

from testing you would want to put a 20-40 tick delay when spawning the firework because the player may have not of loaded in by the time it is spawned !

 

i see what u mean but it does actually help !
it would be nice for some code also !

The /rules command and a server welcome message can be configured using the Essentials plugin.

You'll need another plugin for the firework though.
