I have a problem with PermissionsEX and PEXRank

    I dont know what happened but theres something wrong that says:
    ru.tehkode.permissions.exceptions.PermissionsNotAvailable: Permissions manager is not accessable. Is the PermissionsEx plugin enabled?

    If the strange font in the middle is your permissions.yml, it needs indentations.
    Pastebin it or something.
