I'm sorry, I can't help you with those issues, but what I can advise you to do is this:

Redownload FactionsPlus.jar as that is what is causing the first error, and save your essentials config elsewhere and delete it, as it appears to have an error with a command.

Delete Essentails or its main config? After I delete it do I copy and paste the old one back in? Do I have to redo it?

Does the factionsplus .jar have to be the same version as the factions.jar?

Try re downloading the FactionPlus jar then re running the server

 

I have done that

 

try using YAPP alot simpler and easier perms plugin along with in-chat commands

 

I fixed the permissions, just people can do everthing but talk

and factions isnt working. How do I update craftbukkit?

Go to dl.bukkit.org, download the latest recommended build and replace your current craftbukkit with the one you just downloaded.

 

Where is my craftbukkit in my server folders?

will i have to update my plugins if i get a new craftbukkit?
