   I recently deleted a plugin, but it still is active? I deleted it's .jar, and I also deleted it's folder that it created, but when I reloaded the server, the plugin was still active. I don't know what to do, I can't get rid of the plugin!

   stop the server
   delete the jar
   You likely had a couple copies of it
   
   If you delete a plugin jar file from the plugins folder, there is NO way that that plugin will load again unless it is loading from a diffenetly named jar file as well, and your old logs likely had "ambiguious filename detected for plugin xyz" errors upon startup
