Problem/Bug I cant host my server

    Good afternoon! Today I decided to host mu server but... I reserved slot for my server (192.168.1.123), Port forwarded (25565, 25555, 26555, 25655, 25565), because it is with bungee cord, maked domain in no-ip, and istalled DUC on the computer, paste the server ip in the server config (server.ip= 192.168.1.123) and turned server on and turned off my defence wall. When I tried to join in the server its disconnected me with reason: java.net.connectexception connection refused no further information . I tried with another java verision without result. Please help!
