   1. Indentation is important. Make sure all spaces are in multiples of two. The first line in members should only have two spaces.
   2. There seems to be an issue with the prefix sections. Using yamllint.com, make sure all the prefixes are valid.
   3. All permissions need two extra spaces before them. They cannot be lined up with the "permissions" key.
