hey all. im new here, can u tell me, what i need to do if i want to have a /home and /sethome commands when i am hosting?

You need to get a plugin that implements those commands. See the "plugin releases" section.

are you running bukkit because from what I can see in the image I'm not noticing a bukkit/craftbukkit jar

 

I dont have bukkit

where can I find a ingame minimap? I tried to find something in plugin's thread. found nothing.

 

Client plugin can be used, server one is not working at the moment AFAIK.
