How would i go upon making a plug in

I know that its not easy, and needs dedication but im willing to learn how.
I would like to know what program to use,
how to use it,
how to get started making my first plug-in
...

(p.s. also the only modding experience i have is making a few mw2 mods)

 

I'd suggest eclipse it really helps a lot. How to use, well if you ever programmed it comes t you, otherwise google/youtube I guess.

To make your first plugin look at the documentation link above there is a tutorial.
And there is a video tutorial somewhere here, try searching for "plugin tutorial".

 

i did that and i get this error i looked around for an answer and couldnt find it.
"failed to load JNI library "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\client\jvm.dll"
I looked up the directory and file and they are both correct and where it says.

 

Strange, I use Linux so can't help, but Uncle Google surely knows exactly what the problem is.
Although, you try to load 32bit library, maybe you should load 64bit one?

 

Ok i just had to download the 32 bit version because i have java 32 bit but now that i opened it i accidentally clicked out of the package explorer and dont know how to open it again can you help
plus: i found a tutorial on how to do a basic plug in already

 

If you mean the thing on the left, I also did that on accident, double click a tab.
