How would I get the ID for a specific signed book?

    Hi, I'm trying to make it so when a new player joins, they get a written book with info on the server but I noticed, it is just the same ID as any other written book except with the title. Is there any unique ID I can use to make it so they get the book I want them to get instead of a blank written book?

    Book text/authors are not stored by ID/DataValue, which is where you are going wrong :)
    They are essentially using custom NBT tags, so you'd need to use a plugin such as BookManager to save and retrieve books on login.

    To be honest, the plugins currently available are somewhat lacking for your use case.
