   Hello everyone,
   
   I would like to know, how I can use the Localization System of DevBukkit.
   
   I found a plugin that load a translation file from there, but I can't setup for my plugins, he says:
   
   

   Key 'BLA_BLA' in import data not found in phrases. Make sure that all your keys are accurate and you are up to date.​

   
   So, I need create all phrases before import my translation file?
   There is no way to create this automatic on the first time or update/create from a file?
