How to submit missing Anvil Events?

Hay there,

There is been some time ago that anvils were added to the game, but so far there is no event in Bukkit to modify the result.
It should be like a PrepareItemCraftEvent with event.getInventory (). GetResult () or event.getInventory (). SetResult ().
I know that the community is waiting to modify anvils, but I still have no response from the team, if they are working on that.

Anyone have any idea if this is planned or not?
Or where to create such a request?
