How to prevent or detect infinite redstone clock generator?

    HWei

    Infinite redstone clock generator without a switch wastes server resources.
    How can I prevent or detect it? Is there a plugin for this?

    Since those generators come in different shapes it might be difficult to prevent their creation...

    An possible option might be a plugin that watches all redstone events, and breaks any element that goes into 'redstone-madness'. Even that seems like quite a heavy plugin to run...
