Question How to make a rank plugin for Spigot/Bukkit

hey guys i want to make a rank plugin like powerranks, and im new to java and dont understand much if it is complicated. Like teach me step by step if you know how to make it. teach me where to make the packages and classes too because i dont understand where to put what code. If you help in your time that would mean a lot, Thank you

 

dude i want one custom made and why would not any teach it i saw other thread which teached them but it was complicated for me, and why would u reject new plugin makers like that

 

well i made some 3 or more commands and im (kinda) new i know the basics of java i started like a month ago thats what i mean by new and i am working on a minigame server and i need a rank plugin custom made, i've made a minecraft mod and now i want to work on something big which is this plugin. So please dont break my dreams

+ i can request i cant spend money im broke, like not spoonfeeding i know some of the stuff like basic classes what are the uses

thats like saying all teens or toddlers know algebra

look dude i want to work on big projects, im bored of working on small projects and wasting my time

and its my choice if i want to make the thing or not

i want to do it myself, the satisfaction u get when u make urself is great. Like i dont want to waste others time to work on a plugin that i want.
