How to make a balance skript with a robbable bank?

So, I'm new to Skripting.
I just wanna know how I could make a Balance skript with two ways to earn money. Mining, or robbing a bank.
With mining, the item can be sold like /sell hand, and it gives a programmed amount for that item.
or if a player is in certain position They could rob the bank but it would run out after like, a programed amount of times.
I will be very grateful for any help with this.
