Question How to let VIPs fly in regions?

    So, I was searching for plugins that lets users fly in regions only. I have found some that let VIP fly in the world and some that let everyone fly in the region. Is there any way/plugin to make VIP-only fly regions? I'd like to let VIPs fly only on spawns.

    As far as I know it is not possible to give just one group a certain permission such as fly within an area. Unless you are giving fly per world I would suggest forgoing this feature.
