How to keep server performance all-time "normal"?

    Hello guys,

    I wanna ask you how to keep server performance all work time "normal". When my server reaches 10+ players console drops "can't keep up...". I tried to remove all my server plugins and then restart, but same problem. World is quite big (world), but server hardware also powerful. Foto:

    (procesor intel i7, debian x86_64, hi-speed internet)

    If anyone know this problem solution PLEASE write her :)
