Question How to i Op Myself?

    I have already tried typing: op <My Username> into the console, but it doesn't do anything!
    I need help. I am very new to this, so you might need to help me more than other people!

    @Scrap Mechanistrgos Try minecraft:op <username>
    Or bukkit:op <username>
    Always forget which one it is.

    @timtower minecraft: and bukkit: are automatically placed, op <username> should work no matter what.

    Edit: try placing your name in the op JSON file

    @TheEnderman Unles Essentials is doing something.
    Then /op will use the essentials version.
    I am trying to work around that using this.
