you dont do it in that way, you make a button on your wesite that links right to the dynmap. By default, all dynmaps are http://IP:8123 so like mine is: http://75.128.65.108:8123/

so if your minecraft server ip was 75.136.22.333, to get to your map i would goto
    http://75.136.22.333:8123

so when you have your website made, or if its already made, just make a new button on the homepage up at the top that links right to your dynmap ip.

I've got paid web hosting now, and have full access to cPanel, so I can create subdomains etc

login to your cpanel and create a subdomain.
elsewhere in the cpanel there should be a DNS editor. click on that and modify the ip of the subdomain from your website's server to your minecraft server.

    then go to subdomain.website.com:8123
