How to get actual sword cooldown?

    Hi there again!!

    As the title says, how can I get actual sword countdown? I mean, a player has a sword or axe, and for do a good attack and you have to wait for it, I'm sorry if I can't give more info about this but it's everything I can say

    Thanks, but this is not I meant :p

    For to be a little bit more exact, in minecraft 1.9 the PvP has changed and now the PvP has a countdown, not spamming click like 1.8 PvP

    Now, what I want to know it's how to get value? if there's a specified method for that, and if there's not, then I'll my own algorithm for get it :p
