Question How to enabled switches to non-op users in spawn area with Essentials Spawn 2.x?

I am running a server with Essentials Spawn 2.x installed as a plugin. I use the plugin world portal to use switches as the means for transporting between worlds. The problem being is that the switches are in the designated Spawn area, so users who don't have op on the server can't leave the spawn to to go to the different worlds.

I want to enable switches to non-op users in this spawn area. How can I do this?

This is a major issue for my server because there is no way out of the Spawn area unless you use a switch to leave.
