   I don't use Spout in my server ...
   How can I disable this bukkit plugin? I try to erase it but it still appearing every time that I restart my server.

   Are you using LogBlock? if so, disable Chest Logging. If not, list your plugins. There might be a few others that require Spout and auto downloading it.
