Question How to create interactive links in chat

    I want to sort a few pieces of data by ID, and have a list command that allows you to list all the IDs and a smaller description of the data. Currently, the only way I have to access all of the data is with an open command, using the data ID. How can I make it so that I can click on the ID and it opens up the full thing. Basically, I want a way to make clickable chat messages. Also, how can I make a message appear when I hover over a chat message?

    Bump, shouldn't be too difficult, only knowing what the syntax is.
