How to create a multiverse world with the name of the player running the command

So I am running a minehut server using citizens cmd and multiverse, and I want a command to duplicate the world ‘SkyblockCore’ with the new name the name of the player that runs the command. I want this to run when a player clicks an npc. Sorry if this isn’t entirely clear, but you should get the general idea. This is what I’ve got so far:
/npc command add -o mv copy SkyblockCore @p

I would also appreciate a command to mvtp a player to their Skyblock world.
And yes, I know Minehut runs on paper, but all Bukkit plugins work on paper.
