Solved How to change 'You are not permitted to interact with {name}'.

Hello!

I have recently become staff on a server (planetminigames.mc-srv.com)
We are wondering who to change the message that says You are not permitted to interact with {name} to just 'You are not permitted to build here.' like the professional servers have.

I still don't want Non-Ops to build but I want to change or remove the message

I have looked around on the internet and it says delete 'Essentials Anti Build' but I think that will just let all players build. I am using Bukkit 1.7.9.
